As Bob, Beckie & I get ready to leave for our home in AZ, I wanted to write you and let you know that we’re very pleased with what we finally found! 
 
I don’t think if our realtor had been anyone but you, would we have ended up doing as well as we’ve done. I don’t mean that regarding simply the price, but finding this house and overcoming all of the hurdles along the way to it. 
 
As far as I’m concerned, you and Lindy expended a considerable amount of dedication and effort on our behalf, and I know this is not the norm. I’ve had realtors as neighbors and acquaintances for more than 20 years, as well as having bought and sold four other houses with some of them. Absolutely none of them have your dedication, resourcefulness or show such attention to detail.   We faced some bumps along the way, not due to you, of course, but you handled all of them!
